Job Description
The Vice President, New Business Sales is responsible for the organization''s financial prosperity and requires someone who is skilled in relationship building, sales, negotiations, strategy and finance. The Vice President, New Business Sales is responsible for prospecting, identifying and managing BPM sales opportunities for new logo accounts, including identifying areas of sales growth and profit enhancement over the short, medium and long-term. A successful candidate can plan and recommend business and marketing strategies to achieve maximum penetration consistent with company objectives and contributes to the company''s strategic growth planning.
What we are looking for:
· *Prospecting, qualifying, selling global contact centre Services to respective clients
· *Understand and present the company’s full line of service offerings and become knowledgeable in all lines of service to educate and sell on these services and solution sets, including Digital Transformation Services and Solutions to enhance Customer Experience and help clients become more competitive
· *Recommend strategies and communicate the desires of clients to internal company stake holders to allow a better understanding of the client’s challenges and goals
· *Seek additional decision and influencer contacts within the client base to drive additional opportunities for all offerings
· *Act as a Subject Matter Expert within client(s) book of business
· *Identifies improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
· *Intimate knowledge of client agreements
· *Act as a company ambassador at all times
· *Ensure that all business impacting communication with the client is shared in a timely manner with Executives and operations
· *Update and maintain client(s) information within corporate CRM application
· *Ensure that company branding is adhered to in all communications with client
· *Ensure timely notification is made and followed up with respect to all contract, fee or service level renewals
· *Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:
*Minimum 10 years' experience in value added Call Center BPM sales with proven track record in meeting sales and revenue targets
· *10+ years’ experience managing client relationships
· *Experience selling Enterprise BPM Services and associated Technology Solutions
· *Strategic thinker who understands complexities of global call Center operations and pricing
· *Able to manage and facilitate complex working relationships across multiple functions
· *Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of excellence in internal/external client interaction and impeccable attention to detail
· *Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· *Proven self-motivated, energetic and out-going sales “hunter” with excellent Prospecting skills
· * University / college degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
· *Ability to effectively handle client escalations in a positive, effective manner
· *Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and lead effectively in a changing environment
· *Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships; client leadership skills and relationship strategy skills
· *Strong conceptual and analytical skills
· *Aptitude for turning knowledge into innovative strategies and solutions
· *Possess solid decision making and influencing skills based on facts and sound judgment
· *Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
