Meet Harshitha G V - Business Analyst - Enterprise IT

Harshitha has been part of Enterprise IT team in Bengaluru for the last two years. Here, she specializes in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

What are you currently working on?

I’m currently working on internal and client projects where I am involved in collecting requirement details from stakeholders to provide insightful systems that help their process and solution. I work closely with the development team to develop the system based on the client’s requirements. With the testing team, I assist with quality check-ups of the system before providing it to stakeholders.

How do you maintain strong work relationships in a hybrid environment?

Although we have a hybrid model, we meet in office and connect often for updates and any help required. My colleagues are always available to help, and we share a great bond.

What do you like most about working in the HGS Digital team?

I like the healthy competition in the team. It encourages us to upskill and share our thoughts and perspectives. We engage in innovative activities together, where each of us shares our expertise and encourages the other to learn.

What have been your top three learnings as part of the HGS Digital team?

1. Think for solutions and you will find one for anything.
2. Keeping an eye for detail is always good.

What are some skills you’d like to pick up in the next year or two?

I would like to learn more about business processes and develop effective strategies. I would also like to enhance my skills by staying updated with the latest technological and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems efficiently.

What is your pro tip for people just starting out?

Give your best shot and learn from every situation. Have confidence in what you do and keep Innovating. Learn to analyse every problem through different perspectives. Always keep yourself updated on emerging technologies and business processes.
