Anusha: Although, I have a technical background in education it’s been 5 years since I’m into hiring. With HGS I have completed a phenomenal journey of 3 months.

Anusha: I look for candidates who want to work with HGS for a long time and who have the potential to grow along with the organization.

Anusha: I always ask Integrity/ Moral Situational based questions.

Anusha: Should create a space to be more transparent during the selection process.
