HGS: Tell us about your education and experience.

Tanya:I am an MBA graduate. My experience is in lateral hiring and strategic sourcing. With HGS I have been in this role for five months.

HGS: What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?

Tanya: While screening the candidate profile I look for domain-specific experience and articulation skills to map it with the requirements for a better candidate experience and a smooth hiring process.

Experiences can teach a lot when it comes to learning new skills.


 

HGS: What is a question you never miss asking?

Tanya:I never miss a question to ask if they have any questions for me.

HGS: What’s your top tip for candidates?

Tanya: To be transparent during the entire hiring process.
