Danel's Guide to Boost Your Career with Creative Thinking

Danel has been an essential part of Team HGS since 2015. His innovative solutions, on-the-feet-thinking, and dynamic opportunities at HGS have made him one of the Top Performers.

Have you ever heard of a child packaging their toys and selling them in creative ways? Probably not. However, this was the first sign of Danel's ability to assess a need and provide creative and innovative solutions.

Danel is an Analyst in the Business Excellence Department. At the recent R&R Ceremony, he was awarded the HGS Innovator Award for developing software templates that made it easier to track employees' progress and quality of work. "It was a breathtaking experience for me. I was really lost for words when I heard the announcement. It feels good to be recognized by HGS," Danel said.

He joined HGS in 2015 as an Advocate before matriculating to Sales Force and then Reporting Analyst. In each of these roles, his innovative spirit was evident. As an Advocate, he became famous on the floor for inventing a strategy to make the call process easier to resolve; on the Sales Force team, he devised strategies to rekindle relationships with people; and as a Reporting Analyst, he focused on ways to boost productivity.

Danel credits his innovative spirit to three factors: a marketing background, a solution-oriented mindset, and a desire to create wow factor moments for people. Outside of work, Danel is well versed in many areas: he is a graphic artist, programmer, marketer, webmaster, web developer, forex trader, AI developer, music rhythm creator, and his favorite, martial artist. Currently, Danel is exploring the application of artificial intelligence in the medical industry.

"I encourage everyone to make use of the opportunities that are available at HGS.Do not be complacent, do your best, and strive to be the best at what you do," he concluded.
