Patrick McBean's LMD Course Experience at HGS Jamaica

"Hi, good day. My name is Patrick McBean, and I have recently been promoted from a Subject Matter Expert to the Team Lead. I have been a part of the company since June 2021. One of the main factors that has helped propel me into a leadership role today is our various LMD courses. One that stands out is the Customer Service course, which provide me with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively manage the team I'm in charge of in their day-to-day activities."
