Felicia's Journey to Becoming a Top Performer at HGS Jamaica

Felicia joined HGS in 2021, quickly integrating the values of HGS in performance and creating her passage to success with abundant opportunities at HGS.

During the 1 year and 8 months that Felicia has been an Advocate at HGS, she has done remarkably well on and off the calls. Felicia was recently awarded as Top Brand Advocate at the R&R Ceremony. In December 2022, she was also selected by a panel of judges as HGS Values Ambassador for 'Excellence.' These achievements are a testament to her diligence and acuity in executing her tasks. In response to the accolades, Felicia said, "It is an awesome feeling to be recognized by HGS. It motivates me to keep working well to contribute to the company's growth."

Felicia shared that her performance strategy is maintaining a mindset that she has to show up and get the job done at any cost. She explained, "the customer's satisfaction is my priority. Sometimes it gets rough but a healthy perspective is important." Her teammates have sounded praises for the work that she has done. She is recognized as someone who goes the extra mile to help her colleagues, motivates them to do well, sets clear goals for themselves, and aspires to be the best version of themselves.

Shevanice, Operations Manager, also lauded Felicia for her path of excellence.

Outside of work, Felicia enjoys watching action movies of her favorite actor, Liam Neeson. She also enjoys nature walks, cooking her special rice & peas dish, and spending time with her two children.
