How has your mentor helped you shape your career for the better?

My mentor, Jennifer - Vice President, Marketing has helped me improve my self-awareness, confidence, and knowledge. She has provided me with the support and resources I need to be the best version of myself professionally and personally. I am happy and proud to be a part of her team and I’m blessed to have such an inspirational human being influence me in life.

What have you learned from your mentor that has inspired you?

My mentor helps me have a better understanding of how things work in our field. This gives me the confidence to work towards my career development goals.
