How would you describe the support/mentorship in HGS?

Mentorship in HGS exemplifies dedication in the workplace. My mentor, Shanique - Quality analyst, virtues ongoing learning and growth in the profession. She gives direction and helpful comments and is respected by coworkers and at all organizational levels. Both personal and professional objectives are set and met on a continuous basis.

How has your mentor helped you shape and develop your career in HGS?

My mentor has aided in the shaping of my career by demonstrating a willingness to share capabilities, information, and competence, and she makes it her job to take a personal interest in the mentoring relationship.

What have you learned from your mentor that inspires you?

What inspires me the most is that she respects other people's ideas and endeavors and sets a positive precedent for the future. She exhibits a pleasant attitude and serves as a great role.
