Shyann's Secret to Success- Consistency & Perseverance

Shyann began her HGS Journey seven years ago as a Brand Advocate and ever since she continued her skill enhancement & progress.

Since joining HGS in 2016, she has transitioned to the role of Energy Representative in 2019. In 2021, she further progressed to become the Vendor Relations Officer in the Facilities and Administration Department. Shyann's remarkable achievements were recognized at the April 2023 Rewards and Recognition Ceremony, where she received two awards:  Top Employee in the Facilities Department and Overall Shared Services Member for Quarter 4.

Shyann mentioned that during this quarter she has been proactive with her efforts in addressing every food-related issue that was logged, significantly boosting job satisfaction among Advocates. She also spearheaded improvements in the physical building spaces, enhanced the food offerings, onboarded new vendors, and upgraded lunch spaces.

Along with that, Shyann loves food! She also enjoys her own company and especially the time spent creating content for her social media platforms. She is a TikTok and Instagram Influencer with a particular focus on hair content. Additionally, Shyann is a hairdresser, make-up artist, lash technician, and graphic designer.
