Tonique's Career Growth Journey at HGS Jamaica

Tonique became a part of Team HGS 8 months ago and evolved into an unstoppable force, leaving her mark in 2023’s R&R ceremony.

She joined HGS Jamaica as a Brand Advocate and in a remarkable time of just 5 months she secured the prestigious Top Advocate award at the R&R Ceremony in April 2023. Her dominance in meeting KPIs and establishing herself as an outstanding employee has earned her a well-deserved reputation.

She said her winning formula is "Showing up and getting things done." She humbly explains, "I don't really think about being in the spotlight; I focus on resolving customer issues and following protocols." Her outstanding performance for the January to March quarter of 2023 included a 98% schedule adherence score, 100% attendance, 98% quality, an average handle time of 399, and a CSAT score of 4/5.

Although quiet and introverted, Tonique enjoys going on adventures with her closest friends, trying new restaurants, admiring water bodies, and reading books on Wattpad. She also possesses great event planning skills and has successfully organized and directed private events to celebrate memorable moments.

Guided by J Cole's song "Love Yours," Tonique reminds herself not to compare her achievements to others. She emphasizes, "I don't measure my success by anyone else's standards; I run my own race."
