"Hi, I'm Katrina Rellon. I used to be a Team Leader and now promoted to a Senior Team Leader. On a personal level, I have become more confident in my abilities. I have also become more organized and efficient in managing my time and tasks. I've also become more adaptable to change and have accepted new challenges with a positive attitude. My experience working at HGS has given me opportunities that I could never have imagined. Over the past years, I've been given the opportunity to attend trainings that have developed my skills. I've been given the chance to take on new responsibilities and challenging projects that have pushed me outside of my comfort zone.
