"Hi, this is Thea Selina Fernandez. I was a Customer Technical Support and recently got promoted to senior technical support in the span of one year working here at HGS. I've noticed that I've changed a lot and become a better version of myself. It all started after my six-month review with the client, and they told me that I did a great job and that I met all the requirements. Then, they started giving me new projects and cases to work on, which boosted my self-esteem and work ethic. Also, HGS always makes sure that we are all calibrated and focused on one goal, which is to serve and provide excellent service to our clients. We have monthly activities, company meetings, and town halls that help us open new horizons and improve our skill sets necessary for our account. That will be all. Thank you. Have a good one."
