HGS: What are some must-have qualities you look for in candidates applying to HGS?
Jas: Other than what’s outlined in the job description, the very first thing I look for would be confidence level and their personality. I firmly believe that skills can be taught.
HGS: What is a question you never miss asking?
Jas: I always ask my candidates the reason why they’re either exploring for new opportunities or why they’re looking for a new one.
HGS: What’s your top tip for candidates?
Jas: Always be themselves and be confident. If you don’t know the answer to the question, be honest.
HGS: What is something that you tell your candidates about HGS?
Jas: The culture in HGS is great. You’ll really find the reason to stay.
