Data and insights drive performance—so does your expertise. As a Quality Insights and Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing performance data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that enhance service quality and operational efficiency. In this role, you will collect and interpret data, generate reports and dashboards, and collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements. By working closely with stakeholders, you will develop data-backed strategies to drive continuous improvement, ensuring that service quality meets or exceeds client and business expectations.
Please note: You must be based in Cape Town, South Africa, for this on site opportunity. Shifts will be between 13:00 and 10:00, Monday-Sunday.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in data analysis in Excel with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with Power BI for presenting insights effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or process improvement, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently, ensuring accuracy in reporting and analysis.
