Dear 22-year-old self,

Success isn't just about climbing the ladder - it's about ensuring it is leaning against the right wall. Challenge the status quo, ask questions, and seek better ways to work. But in that pursuit, stay respectful and collaborative - great ideas thrive when shared. Be a team player. Success is a journey built with others, not a solo race. Take initiative but be patient – change takes time. Learn from setbacks, stay adaptable, and build strong connections because the people around you will shape your journey as much as your skills do. 

At the same time, don't let work define you entirely. Your loved ones, experiences, and moments beyond your career matter just as much. Be present, invest in meaningful relationships and make time for what brings you joy. Work hard, but don’t forget to live - true success is a balance of ambition, well-being and fulfillment. Keep growing, learning and trusting that every step, no matter how small, is leading you somewhere beautiful.
