As a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst at HGS, you will be the first point of contact for customers facing technical issues, providing prompt and effective IT support. Based on-site at our Woodstock, Cape Town location, you will handle service requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary to ensure seamless IT operations. In this role, you will engage with various technologies, from network and desktop support to virtual environments, all while delivering excellent customer service. Your ability to diagnose technical problems, prioritise tasks, and work within a fast-paced IT environment will be key to your success.
