You will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat messages, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate updates on their deliveries by listening carefully to customers, understanding their concerns, and providing clear and professional responses. You will play a key role in identifying recurring service issues, flagging trends, and suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
