At HGS, we are proud to partner with Shadow Careers, an organization committed to reducing unemployment in South Africa. Through this partnership, we’ve broken down barriers to employment, resulting in 20 successful students receiving full-time career opportunities in 2024 at HGS.
With youth unemployment being a significant challenge in South Africa, this milestone is especially meaningful. It provides young individuals—many of whom faced challenges that prevented them from furthering their education—with a chance at a brighter future. Together, HGS and Shadow Careers are driving innovative solutions to support and uplift communities across South Africa.
