Our Cape Town site is centrally located in Woodstock 4 Treaty Road, a vibrant and creative hub known for its diverse culture, energetic atmosphere, and excellent transport links. As a growing business district, Woodstock provides the perfect setting for our customer service centre, allowing us to attract top talent and deliver world-class service to our clients.
Currently, our site operates on-site, ensuring strong team collaboration and a structured work environment. However, as we continue to expand, we are reviewing options for hybrid work models for certain roles, providing more flexibility for our employees in the future.
Despite being based in Cape Town, our teams are seamlessly connected with colleagues across other global locations through virtual platforms like Microsoft Teams, ensuring real-time communication and collaboration no matter where you are.

Is compensation provided during training for the role I'm applying for?

Absolutely! You’ll start earning from day one of your training. Plus, to make your experience even better, we provide free meals throughout your training period. If you're joining a customer service role, we've got you covered with transport home during and after training.
Our onboarding process typically takes 1-2 days, and training programs usually last at least a week, though this can vary depending on the campaign and role requirements. In some cases, training may be extended to ensure you're fully equipped for success.
